Shipping Policy

At Luxaurah, we aim to deliver your orders safely, quickly, and efficiently anywhere in Pakistan. Our team ensures every parcel is properly packed and shipped through trusted courier partners for a smooth delivery experience.


1. Delivery Coverage

We currently ship to all major cities and towns across Pakistan through reliable courier services.
If you live in a remote area, delivery times may vary slightly depending on courier coverage.


2. Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery Time: 3 to 7 working days (after order confirmation).

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours after confirmation.

  • You will receive an update or call once your order has been shipped.

3. Shipping Charges

  • PKR 120 flat delivery fee applies to all orders below PKR 2,000.

  • Free Delivery is available for all orders above PKR 2,000.

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the product is damaged or incorrect upon delivery.


4. Order Confirmation

  • All Cash on Delivery (COD) orders require phone or WhatsApp confirmation before dispatch.

  • Orders without confirmation may experience delays or be canceled automatically.

  • For customers who prefer to pay in advance, bank transfer details are available at checkout.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number or courier details via WhatsApp or email.
You can use this tracking ID to monitor your parcel’s delivery status directly through the courier’s website.


6. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unreachable contact number, or refusal to accept delivery, the customer will be responsible for:

  • Reshipping costs if they wish to have the order sent again, or

  • A 20% restocking fee if requesting a refund.


7. Delivery Responsibility

Once an order is handed over to the courier, Luxaurah is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by courier handling. However, our support team will assist you in coordinating with the courier to resolve any issues quickly.
