Return Policy

At Luxaurah, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We ensure all our products are checked and packed carefully before shipping. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we’re here to help you with an easy return process.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return or replacement only if:

  • The product you received is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered.

  • The issue is reported within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging.

❌ Returns are not accepted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind or dislike of the product after use.

  • Damage caused by misuse or mishandling after delivery.

  • Items returned without original packaging or missing parts.


2. Return Procedure

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via:

  2. Provide your order number, issue details, and a photo or video of the product as proof.

  3. Once your return request is approved, you will receive shipping instructions to send the product back.


3. Return Charges & Deductions

  • A 20% return fee will be applied on all eligible returns.

  • Return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.

  • If the product is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, we may waive the return fee at our discretion.


4. Refund Process

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days through your original payment method or bank transfer (for prepaid orders).

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash, as agreed.


5. Exchange Option

If you prefer, instead of a refund, you may request a replacement item (subject to availability).
Replacements follow the same process and eligibility criteria as returns.


6. Important Note

  • All returns must be pre-approved by our support team.

  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed.

  • Luxaurah reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice.
